Mile High Chapter
The Air Force Association is a volunteer-led organization connecting brave Airmen and Guardians who commit their lives to protecting the greater good of our country. And for all who support the importance of aerospace power and education, we welcome you to the AFA community. Through a network of more than 200 chapters, we are here to share, support, and sustain your journey as an Airman and Guardians for Life.
As the 2020 D.W. Steele Chapter of the Year winner, the CO #127 Mile High Chapter serves over 2000 members in the Denver Metro/northeastern Colorado area which includes Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado State University ROTC Detachment 90, University of Colorado Boulder Detachment 105, local Civil Air Patrol, and AFJROTC components across more than 60 school districts. Our chapter focuses on supporting Air Force and Space Force priorities and educating the various communities on aerospace and cyber efforts. We conduct a variety of programs to enhance professional development through efforts such as StellarXplorers and CyberPatriot and serve as corporate and community partners to strengthen and promote the AFA mission.
